Vadodara, July 14: With stem cell technology gaining ground, Gujarat could have its first homegrown stem cell laboratory, if permissions from the various state government departments come in time.
Vadodara-based Total Potential Cell Private Limited had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the state government to set up base in Savli Biotech Park — the lone biotech park in the state. The company belongs to Dr Bhaskar Vyas and Dr Rajni Vyas, both plastic surgeons.
